Do I need to rebuild my website?
No. The agent is added to your existing website with one snippet of code, and we do the installation. If you can add code to your site, you can add the agent.
What does the agent know about my business?
During setup we give the agent your services, prices, service area and the questions customers ask most often. It answers your customers based on that information.
What if the agent doesn’t know the answer?
The agent doesn’t make up answers. If it doesn’t have the information, it asks for the customer’s contact details and forwards the question to you.
Where do the inquiries go?
To your email, right after the conversation. On the Business plan, inquiries can also go straight to your CRM.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
